Sales Operations Specialist

The salary range for this position is $72,000 – $80,000 DOE
The deadline to submit applications is initially set for Monday June 15, 2026. However, the application period is subject to potential extensions or closure at any time without prior notice, especially once a sufficient pool of qualified applicants has been obtained.
This is how you WOW:
- Understand and be able to communicate complex requirements for customer account set up
- Processing new account set up through usage of the Customer Relation Management program (CRM)
- Capturing of accurate and complete information in the CRM system.
- Support development of processes and documentation for the CRM system
- Regular audits to be conducted to ensure data integrity with the CRM & KNA operating system (SAP) to include member listing & buying group audits conducted regularly
- Build relationships with field sales to support their CRM requests
It would be WOW if you would bring this in:
- Associate degree in Business or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- 1+ years of prior experience in Customer Service or similar role
- Prior experience using Excel in a work context
- Demonstrated solution-oriented approach to support the Sales Team and Customers.
- Organizes and carries out tasks in a process-oriented manner, contributing positively to the overall process.
