Dental Front Desk Manager

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Office Specialist to join our non-insurance contracted dental team. Our current front office specialist will be retiring, and we are looking forward to finding our next team member to complement our practice. Our office is known for providing exceptional patient care in a comfortable, home-like environment where kindness, empathy, and genuine connection are at the heart of what we do. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming environment while managing appointment scheduling, insurance verification, billing, and patient communication.
Our ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable working the front office solo (preferentially using Eaglesoft), communicates with warmth and professionalism, and thrives in a collaborative, supportive atmosphere. Must have proficiency in working with insurance verification, claims, and submission. We are a tight-knit office that thoroughly enjoys one another.
