About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Product to join their mission-driven team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap, with a strong focus on security and regulatory requirements. This role demands a leader who can make strategic decisions based on market and regulatory timing, and ensure that product releases align with key business metrics. The Head of Product will also be instrumental in the company's growth, particularly in the areas of AI product direction, integrations, and ecosystem. A key aspect of the role is to maintain a continuous discovery practice with various security and engineering stakeholders to ensure the product roadmap meets the diverse needs of the customer base. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in product management, with at least 4 years in a leadership role within a B2B SaaS company. Direct experience in cybersecurity products or a technical domain with a similar buyer profile is essential. The role requires a proven track record in product delivery, including AI or ML capabilities, and experience in managing products where accuracy and trust are paramount. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security and compliance frameworks, and experience in regulated industries. The Head of Product will also be responsible for building and leading a high-performing product team, so evidence of team development and retention is a must.
