Cybersecurity Business Analyst - IAM/PAM

CTG is seeking to fill a Cybersecurity Business Analyst - IAM/PAM position for our client. Location: Dallas, TX Duration: 9 months Duties: Support CyberArk PAM discovery, expansion, and implementation planning. Conduct privileged account discovery , onboarding assessments, process mapping, and requirements analysis. Lead IAM/PAM workshops , stakeholder interviews, and process documentation. Assess PSM readiness and develop implementation roadmaps and SoW documentation. Analyze data and coordinate with Security, Infrastructure, DBA, SOC, and Audit teams. Skills: IAM, PAM, Cybersecurity, CyberArk Business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, workshops, documentation Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills ITIL, Lean, or process engineering preferred Okta, SailPoint, Microsoft Entra, Active Directory, SSO, SAML, OAuth preferred Scripting and identity provisioning/migration preferred Experience: 5-8 years of Business Analyst experience in IAM, PAM, cybersecurity, or related areas. Experience with CyberArk/PAM , consulting engagements, process analysis, and implementation planning preferred. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Business, or related field preferred. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
