Job Description IAM Business Analyst PositionSummary TheBusiness Analyst of Entitlement Change Management plays a key role within theIAM Business Function. This role works directly with product management of IAMtools/ technologies used to manage access; along with the strategy andgovernance of access management, including IAM role-oriented and policy-basedmethodologies. SpecificResponsibilities Mitigates risk by followingestablished procedures, spotting key errors and demonstrating strongethical behavior. Key Contributor to IAM activitiesbelow: Audit, Operational Risk andCompliance adherence Provide Business Requirements toIAM delivery project consisting of multiple work streams, phases orreleases Develop documentation, subjecttraining, and other knowledge material on IAM Cultivate and maintainrelationships with key stakeholders at varying organizational levels Build working relationships withIAM vendor product management, development and engineering teams Identifies, assesses, and solvescomplex business problems. Interacts with senior managementon matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternateapproach. Closely follows the strategicdirection set by senior management when establishing near term goals. Assist IAM strategy, roadmap, andvision definition Assist creation of IAM solutionarchitecture and design Qualifications Minimum of 6+years of relatedexperience Bachelor's degree required withMaster's preferred or equivalent experience Experience in: Security &Risk/Identity, Access Management and Technology Security Controls Minimum 3-5 years’ experiencedeveloping identity management strategies, architectures, andimplementation plans Experience of Identity Governance& Administration Experience in Access Management& Federation Experience facilitating businessprocess design as it relates to managing identities and access privileges Experience leading businessrequirements gathering and translating those into system requirements Role and Policy Based AccessControl and Definition Experience implementing packagedor custom IAM solutions Experience managing projectsthrough the full system development lifecycle Familiarity with federatedidentity and web services security concepts such as SAML, Liberty ID-FFand ID-WSF, WS-Federation, OpenID, OAuth and WS-Security Strong experience with IAM tools –such as Hitachi Identity Manager; RSA IG&L, Cyber-Ark, PlainID, orsimilar tools.
