Now hiring a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at Poplar Hill Health and Rehab in Warrenton, Virginia. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others and wants to be the welcoming face of a healthcare facility that values compassion, teamwork, and community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist residents, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner

• Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area

• Perform general administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous front desk or receptionist experience is helpful but not required

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Friendly and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills

• Basic computer skills and comfort using standard office software

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment
