Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers with a warm and professional demeanor
Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments
Manage appointment schedules and ensure timely service delivery
Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Support administrative tasks and collaborate with team members for seamless operations

Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred
