About the Role
The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for a strategic client engagement within the PMO. The successful candidate will be the primary operational leader, with full accountability for daily execution, risk governance, and client-facing delivery. This role is pivotal in translating complex client needs into clear, actionable plans for technology delivery teams, ensuring that proprietary tools and solutions are delivered with precision, urgency, and measurable value. The AVP will be responsible for deeply understanding business workflows, operational pain points, and client requirements, and converting them into well-defined priorities and delivery roadmaps for IT teams. Strong PMO and delivery leadership skills are essential, as is a technology enablement mindset and a client-centric execution focus. Candidates for this role at the company should have an MBA, at least 8 years of operational or IT experience, and be PMO or Project Management-certified professionals. The role requires a candidate with a strong business and operational leadership background, capable of running complex programs, enforcing governance, and ensuring delivery against committed timelines. A technology enablement mindset is crucial, as is the ability to engage with senior business, operations, and technology leaders. The ideal candidate will have a deep appreciation for client operating models, delivery risk, and reputational impact, and will be adept at leading programs that support sophisticated, high-expectation clients. The position is primarily onsite and demands a professional who can drive structured delivery of technology-enabled improvements, manage risks, and ensure the successful implementation and adoption of new solutions.
