FT Joliet, IL, US 30+ days ago Requisition ID: 1106 Salary Range: $17.00 To $35.00 Hourly Key Responsibilities Perform general repairs including minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical work Address routine maintenance issues such as fixing leaks, replacing fixtures, repairing doors, and patching walls Conduct regular inspections of store facilities to identify maintenance needs Perform preventive maintenance to reduce equipment and facility downtime Respond promptly to maintenance requests and urgent repair needs Install and replace basic fixtures, hardware, and equipment as needed Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies Maintain tools, equipment, and an organized work environment Keep accurate records of repairs, maintenance tasks, and materials used Coordinate with specialized contractors for complex repairs beyond scope Assist with store setup, remodeling projects, and general upkeep Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 2+ years of general maintenance or handyman experience preferred Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Insurance Package after 60 Days of Employment Paid Time Off after 1 year of Full Time Service Pay Rate: $17 - $35 per hour, depending on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
