The role includes delivering excellent member service, managing Private Training and Supplement revenue, addressing member concerns, overseeing scheduling, and enforcing Company and Club policies. Availability is required 7 days a week, including mornings and evenings. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Sell and conduct Private Training and Small Group Training sessions. Execute prospecting strategies, conduct guest tours, and manage the sales turnover process. Serve introductory PT packages, build value, and re‑sign clients to full programs for coaching staff. Generate complimentary appointments through in‑person and digital prospecting. Ensure accurate administration of client programs, supplement purchases, measurement tracking, and workout plans. Assist in all revenue‑generating activities, including complimentary workouts, supplement booths, body‑fat tables, seminars, and workshops. Achieve monthly revenue objectives for Private Training and Supplements. Review daily club sales performance and employee statistics with the Fitness Manager and Vice President to identify improvement areas. Independently schedule and manage client appointments, maintaining up‑to‑date records and making adjustments for changes or cancellations. Coordinate directly with clients to arrange sessions, meetings, or service visits according to their availability. Supervise coach sales activities, review agreements, and prepare daily paperwork. Adhere to operational procedures, conduct follow‑up compliance checks, and monitor club systems and employee performance. Handle member service matters, provide club tours, and facilitate member sign‑ups for training agreements. Perform various administrative and housekeeping duties, alerting the Operations staff of maintenance needs. Conduct facility walk‑throughs daily and oversee the full scheduling lifecycle for individual appointments. Organization Relationships The MMA PT Sales Admin reports directly to the Fitness Manager and/or General Manager. The role involves communicating and enforcing all policies and procedures with the Coaching Team and interacting with all club members and employees. Required Qualifications Knowledge, skills & abilities In‑depth knowledge of Personal Training techniques from assessment to program design and sales. Comprehensive Mixed Martial Arts technical ability related to striking and grappling. Ability to operate and adjust all fitness equipment. Familiarity with company policies, emergency and safety procedures. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude. Strong customer‑service focus, responding professionally to requests and inquiries. Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience Minimum one UFC Gym‑recognized certification. Current CPR/AED certification. High school diploma or GED; four‑year degree preferred. Minimum two years of related experience, including management/employee relations preferred. Physical Requirements Regular standing required. Daily lifting and moving up to 45+ lbs, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing and walking. Compensation Salary range: $60,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year.
