The Role We’re seeking a Lead Generation Manager to drive Clark’s pipeline growth and optimize outreach strategies. In this high-impact, fully onsite role, you will own and execute initiatives to identify, engage, and qualify prospective clients. Working closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, you’ll shape the top of our funnel, ensuring Clark connects with the right stakeholders and opportunities. What You’ll Do Develop and execute lead generation strategies to fuel company growth Identify key prospects through research, outreach, and collaboration with cross-functional teams Qualify inbound and outbound leads, ensuring a strong pipeline for Sales Design outreach campaigns and measure their effectiveness across multiple channels Utilize CRM tools and data-driven insights to manage and optimize lead tracking Work closely with Product and Marketing to align messaging and target profiles Represent Clark at industry events, conferences, and in external engagements Report on lead generation metrics, providing actionable insights to leadership Who You Are 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or business development, ideally within B2B technology or SaaS Proven ability to generate and qualify leads through various channels Driven and highly organized, with strong attention to detail Exceptional communicator and relationship-builder Comfortable in a fast-paced, fully onsite environment Analytical and resourceful, leveraging data to drive decisions Ambitious with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Bonus Experience with enterprise AI, SaaS, or infrastructure solutions Early-stage startup experience Familiarity with CRMs and sales automation tools How We Work Fully onsite in NYC, five days a week — not remote or hybrid High pace, high ownership, and direct reporting to Clark leadership Your results drive your recognition and growth Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary + meaningful early-stage equity Comprehensive healthcare, dental, and vision coverage Unlimited PTO Wellhub Platinum membership (gyms, studios, wellness apps) Dinner provided every night you’re in the office Top-tier equipment and tools of your choice Clark is an equal opportunity employer.
