About the Role

As a Licenses Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the overall operations of the nursing home, including staffing, budgeting, and quality improvement initiatives.

• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.

• Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.

• Managing and coordinating the admissions and discharge processes to ensure seamless transitions for our residents.

• Collaborating with our medical director and multi-disciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

• Monitoring and reporting on quality care indicators, patient satisfaction, and staff performance.

• Providing leadership and guidance to our administrative and clinical staff to ensure that our residents receive exceptional care and service.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator in the state of Illinois.

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
