In this role, you will manage our company's day-to-day financial operations including credit card transactions and commissions payments. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in their attention to detail. You'll own the entire collections and payment reconciliation process, having responsibility for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our payments and maintaining timely, clear communication with both internal teams and external sales representatives.Key Responsibilities:Calculate, process, and record commissions paymentsEvaluate and reconcile credit card statements for accuracy and analyze spend habitsAssist with budget tracking, expense management, and cost-saving recommendationsEnsure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and assist with internal or external auditsMaintain organized and accessible financial documentation and recordsQualifications:1–3 years of experience in payroll, accounts receivable, or bookkeeping with a preference of experience in the solar or renewable energy industryAssociates or Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with sales representatives and handle sensitive financial conversations with tactMeticulous attention to detail and numerical accuracyFamiliarity with payroll and accounting softwaresWhy Work at Zeo Energy?Be part of an innovative team dedicated to renewable energy and sustainabilityOpportunities for professional growth and advancement in a growing industryCompetitive pay, 401(k), benefits, and a supportive work environmentZeo Energy is an equal-opportunity employer.
