The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for executing the commissions payment process for the company and managing, analyzing, and reporting on the company credit card spend. This role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and excellent communication skills to work with sales representatives and leadership.Key Responsibilities:Calculate, process, and report on commission payments to company leadershipEnsure accurate tracking of commission payments, advances, and deductionsOnboard and offboard sales reps in HRIS and company systemsUtilize HRIS and Payroll software to maintain records, assist with audits and generate payroll-related reports, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulationsCommunicate about and respond to questions about commission payments and calculations in a timely mannerManage company credit card accessAnalyze and report on credit card spend to company leadershipQualifications:2+ years of payroll experience preferredAbility to prioritize and manage time in a fast-paced environment including the ability to work after hours if needed to meet payment deadlinesDetail oriented, organized, innovative, and resourcefulHigh level of integrity and confidentialityStrong communication skills, both written and verbalDemonstrated proficiency with Google and Microsoft suitesPossesses analytical and auditing skills, with the ability to research and reconcile accountsWhy Work at Zeo Energy?Be part of an innovative team dedicated to renewable energy and sustainabilityOpportunities for professional growth and advancement in a growing industryCompetitive pay, 401(k), benefits, and a supportive work environmentZeo Energy is an equal-opportunity employer.
