About the Role:
KYT Technology Inc is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR and Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team in Redlands, CA. Responsibilities:

• Support full-cycle recruitment including job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
• Serve as a bilingual (Chinese/English) liaison between management, employees, and external partners
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files in compliance with company policies
• Coordinate administrative office functions including correspondence, scheduling, and supply management
• Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee relations matters
• Draft and translate HR documents, policies, and communications in both Chinese and English
• Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Coordinate company events, meetings, and training sessions as needed

Requirements:

• Fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English — written and verbal
• 1–3 years of experience in HR, administrative coordination, or a related role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS platforms
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, approachable demeanor
• Knowledge of California employment law and HR best practices is a plus
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
