At the Matt Portz State Farm Agency, we don't just sell insurance, we help families and businesses in Denton and surrounding communities protect what matters most. This role is focused on handling inbound internet leads and follow-up conversations. If you're motivated, coachable, and enjoy helping people while working in a structured sales environment, this is a great entry point into the insurance industry.

What You'll Do

• Respond quickly to internet-generated insurance leads
• Follow up consistently via phone, text, and email
• Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for insurance quotes
• Help guide customers through Auto, Home, Renters, and Life insurance options
• Maintain accurate notes and activity in CRM systems
• Build relationships with warm leads already interested in coverage

Who This Role is Perfect For

• Strong communicator (especially via text and phone)
• Comfortable using computers, CRMs, and online systems
• Naturally persistent and organized with follow-up
• Someone who enjoys sales
• Eager to learn and grow into a licensed insurance professional
• Must be willing to obtain (or already hold) a Property & Casualty license
