Strategic HR Business Partner

Deutsche Post DHL Group’s DHL Express seeks an HR Business Partner to join our CVG Airport facility in Erlanger, Kentucky. The role focuses on employee relations, performance management, talent development, engagement and retention strategies. You will partner with leadership to implement HR programs, advise on staffing and policy, and drive leadership development across the site.
