Use power tools and hand tools to make necessary adjustments and repairs. Read and record meters, gauges, printouts and other devices; log daily utility usage and inspect mechanical rooms. Provide electrical maintenance—repair wiring, fixtures, motors, controls, appliances, and other electrical systems.
