Commercial Lines Account Manager

Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to our policyholders and prospects by answering inquiries and resolving issues Assists clients with coverage changes Informs and educates clients about policy coverage and changes Provides technical support to Producers Prepares summaries of insurance and maintains client activity files Verifies policy and policy change information Processes incoming mail requests and verifies direct billed cancellations Sets priorities and manages workflow to ensure efficient processing of transactions Maintains cordial relationships with clients and co-workers Requirements Five (5) or more years Commercial Lines Account Manager experience preferred, but will consider 3+ years Large Construction clientele experience would be a plus Must have an active P&C License Experience using Applied Epic strongly preferred Hard Skills customer service technical support policy coverage coverage changes transaction processing insurance summaries client activity management Soft Skills communication problem-solving relationship management workflow management prioritization Certifications & Qualifications P&C License Industry Keywords Commercial Lines Account Manager Construction clientele Tools & Technologies Applied Epic #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
