Add captions, sound design, b-roll, stock footage, motion graphics, and on-screen text overlays

Produce multiple variations of winning ads — new hooks, new intros, new angles — so we can test at volume

Take direct feedback and turn around revisions quickly

2+ years editing short-form video, ideally for ads, social content, or a marketing agency

Excellent eye for pacing, rhythm, and timing to music

Fluent written and spoken English — you'll be editing English-language ads for a US audience and need to understand the script, the tone, and the emotion

Reliable internet and generator or backup power — this is a daily-output role

Available to overlap with US Eastern Time hours for feedback and calls

Comfortable working independently with a task list, not waiting to be managed

$1200 USD/month base, plus 5% of profits
