Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) Open Heart RN in Ohio. This position involves providing specialized perioperative care in a Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) setting, with a focus on open heart procedures. The role requires versatility in surgical procedures and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.

Job Details

• Position Description: CVOR RN Scrub and circulate in the CVOR (open heart) specialty; scrub experience preferred but not necessary. The role also includes working in other surgical specialties as needed.
• Certifications and Requirements: Active registered nurse license, required copy of NURSYS. Must have 4-5 years of OR RN or combined OR experience. Must apply for active Connecticut RN license within 24 hours of start date. Covid and flu vaccines or approved declinations are required.
• Schedule: Day shifts, 10 hours per shift, 40 hours per week. Variable and rotating shifts based on operational needs, including on-call at least 1 weekend per month and rotating weekends and holidays.
• Start Date: 11/16/2026
• End Date: 03/08/2027
• Additional Information: Must be versatile with experience in orthopedic, spine, and neuro surgeries, capable of performing circulation independently. Scrubs are provided. The assignment involves mandatory overtime; personnel are part of the rotation pool for additional hours as needed.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must submit necessary certification copies and be prepared for manager interviews, IVS review, and offer circulation processing.
