This job is on-site in any of our Nebraska locations (Lincoln, Omaha, Kearney, Grand Island or Gibbon.) As an Exchange Bank Account Services Specialist, you have the opportunity to be part of a specialized team and provide support for internal and external clients. This team contributes to the operation of the bank by ensuring accuracy with internal documentation, account maintenance, and electronic banking while providing excellent customer service. Essential functions include:

• Perform duties for all branches by maintaining records in the following areas:
• Debit/ATM card ordering
• Customer identification information: Adding new customers, updating existing information
• Deposit accounts/IRAs: Processing new accounts, updating existing accounts, rate modifications and offsets, complete requested maintenance
• Safe deposit boxes: Adding new agreements, verifying agreements

Position qualifications:

• Minimum educational and experience requirements: Associate's Degree or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education
• Additional knowledge, skills and abilities:
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proven performance in problem solving and with maintaining/building customer relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating tact and professionalism with co-workers
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to complete work in a timely and accurate manner
• Working knowledge of accounting principles, banking principles, and bank reporting requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook
• Detail and deadline oriented
• Software experience with Fiserv Precision/Director helpful
