Operations Analyst

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking an Operations Analyst to join their team.


Job Title: Operations Analyst

Location: Brea, CA

Pay Range:$32/hr on W2

What's the Job?

• Perform a variety of back-office functions including general accounting, reconciliation, and operational compliance.
• Interface with internal and external customers, outside agencies, and organizations to support operational activities.
• Process ACH transactions, handle adjustments, and manage controlled account activities.
• Reconcile official check balances, process customer telephone transfers, and support online banking services.
• Assist with regulatory reporting, account reactivations, and compliance documentation to ensure adherence to federal and state laws.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Strong troubleshooting, research, and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines while maintaining confidentiality.
