This contract position offers you the ability to tailor your hours around the standard school day while supporting a caseload of 35-40 students, all within a single elementary site. Your bilingual Spanish fluency will be fundamental, as you'll manage dual enrollment caseloads within a dual language program. Key Qualifications:

• Active state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY)
• Bilingual in Spanish or fluency required (due to program/communication needs)
• Experience or interest in school-based and elementary settings
• Comfort and enthusiasm for working with dual language programs and Spanish-speaking students
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech/language therapy services to elementary-aged students
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support personnel to develop and implement IEPs
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation
• Participate in orientations and receive ongoing onsite support
• Provide culturally responsive services within a Spanish-English dual language program
