Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Physical Therapist licensure in Illinois
• Previous experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
• Ability to adapt therapy strategies to meet the diverse needs of elementary students
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
• Comfortable with a short-term contract and adaptable to schedule changes as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy interventions for students, supporting their functional mobility and participation in classroom activities
• Collaborate with school personnel to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
• Document sessions and progress in accordance with school policies and protocols
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team
• Provide education and resources to educators and family members as appropriate
