Server/Bartender

Baroo is a fine dining Korean restaurant with a beverage program that includes cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages, Korean alcohol, wine and hard liquor. We were named as the LA Times Restaurant of the Year in 2024 and one of Eater's All-Time 38 Most Influential Restaurants in the country, among other accolades.

We are looking for an experienced, proactive, teamwork-focused, warm person to join our team as FULL-TIME SERVER/BARTENDER. This position includes tending the bar and serving guests enjoying our regular tasting menu at the bar.

Starting pay is $18.50/hour + tips. We have a shift-based tip pool. Benefits include a monthly health insurance stipend, parking benefits and dining discounts. Opening hours are Tuesday-Saturday from 5:30pm.

Qualifications include:

• At least 2 years experience at a fine dining or upscale casual restaurant
• Strong interest in learning about and working with Korean alcohol and Korean ingredients required
• Open availability on Tuesdays to Saturdays required
• Prior tasting menu experience preferred
• Outgoing, sincere and warm personality
• Food handlers and RBS certifications
