Job Description:

Start Date: As soon as possible
Floating Expectation: Float to designated facilities as needed
Patient Ratios: 1:25
Years of Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years in acute medical Care Management, with a focus on Care Coordination
Experience Requirement: No first-timers; travel experience is mandatory
Weekend Requirements: Flexible 5-day workweek; operations occur 7 days per week. Days off may vary and are not guaranteed to be consecutive, though efforts will be made for consecutive scheduling when possible.
California State License: Required
Pending License: Accepted, but must be fully licensed by start date
Request Time Off (RTO) Restrictions: Maximum of 7 days
