Before becoming an agent, I spent 20 years in claims, including five years as a Director of Claims, bringing deep industry experience and leadership into the agency. I’ve been married for 20 years and have five kids. I love spending time outdoors, especially camping, and have a background in baseball, playing at both Texas Tech and Oregon State. We’re highly involved in the community, hosting annual petting farms, serving on the Board of Directors for Safety Net (supporting youth aging out of foster care), sponsoring golf tournaments for first responders and military mental health initiatives, and partnering with local elementary schools. Responsibilities Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information. Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines. Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow‑up activities. Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community. Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives. Qualifications Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
