For more information, visit our website Job Duties Draft pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions, and pre-trial documents Court appearances for oral arguments on motions and ex parte applications Take and defend depositions Trial preparation Handle 10+ case load Opportunities to support transactions, as well as participate in trials, are available within our diverse and deep practice. Qualifications Generally Juris Doctorate Degree o California Bar License (Licensure in other jurisdictions a plus) o Ability to control/maintain own tasks/schedule o Experience with Google applications, Microsoft applications and Westlaw o Must have good verbal and communication skills, effective both in person and over the phone o Positive, high-energy attitude Litigation Associate o 3-15 years of litigation experience in California State and Federal Courts o Experience drafting motions for summary judgment and other substantive motions (preferred) o Experience in taking and defending depositions (preferred) o Trial experience (preferred) Salary $150k-250k per year depending on experience Hourly Requirements 1850/year full-time; adjusted pro-rata for part-time Location Requirements On-site at office located at 9900, Research Drive, Irvine, CA 92618; Remote working available Job Type Full-time or part-time, salaried Benefits [Upon completion of 90-day probationary period] Health insurance Paid time off/sick time Cell phone reimbursement Benefits found in job post Medical insurance
