Litigation Paralegal - Personal Injury

Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Location: Denver, CO Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 About the Opportunity Our client, a respected mid‑sized Denver law firm, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys handling plaintiff‑side civil litigation matters. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of cases while playing a key role in case management, litigation support, and trial preparation. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal injury litigation and be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced legal environment. Key Responsibilities Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial Maintain attorney calendars and track important deadlines Prepare deposition, mediation, and trial notebooks Draft, proofread, and file pleadings, motions, and other court documents Prepare demand letters and case‑related correspondence Assist with document review, organization, and production Manage case files and maintain accurate records Coordinate filings in state and federal courts Communicate with clients, medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel as needed Qualifications Required 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience Prior plaintiff personal injury experience Working knowledge of Colorado state and federal court rules and procedures Strong organizational, communication, and proofreading skills Ability to manage a high‑volume workload while meeting deadlines Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively Preferred Experience with medical malpractice, complex personal injury, or insurance bad faith litigation Trial preparation experience Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: $70,000 - $90,000 (DOE) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Short‑term and long‑term disability coverage 401(k) retirement plan with matching contribution Flexible time off (FTO) Why Apply?
