Key Responsibilities Draft and brief motions in civil litigation cases involving personal injury and medical malpractice. Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts. Work collaboratively with senior attorneys and staff to manage case progress and client communication. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of progressive civil litigation experience. Proven experience in medical malpractice or personal injury litigation. Active license to practice law in Colorado. Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
