Job Overview
A law firm seeks a full-time civil litigation attorney in Englewood, CO. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling insurance defense cases and the ability to independently manage a caseload with the assistance of law firm staff. Strong legal research and writing skills are essential. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Colorado and have a minimum of 8 years' experience.
Duties
- Manage and oversee a caseload independently.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
- Collaborate with law firm staff to ensure case efficiency.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in civil litigation.
- Experience in insurance defense cases.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Active Colorado State Bar membership.
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
