Litigation Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a full-time civil litigation attorney in Englewood, CO. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling insurance defense cases and the ability to independently manage a caseload with the assistance of law firm staff. Strong legal research and writing skills are essential. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Colorado and have a minimum of 8 years' experience. Duties Manage and oversee a caseload independently. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents. Collaborate with law firm staff to ensure case efficiency. Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations. Requirements Licensed to practice law in Colorado. Minimum of 8 years' experience in civil litigation. Experience in insurance defense cases. Strong legal research and writing skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Active Colorado State Bar membership. Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
