Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately identify individual clients' mental health needs, formulating personalized treatment plans accordingly.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques for individual, group, and family sessions.

• Collaborate with a network of professionals, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure holistic care tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Offer crisis intervention services for clients in acute distress, drawing upon your expertise to provide immediate support during emergency situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a varied clientele including children, adolescents, and adults who present with a wide array of mental health disorders, ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex issues such as trauma and PTSD. Qualifications\n

• Must hold an independent and active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with clients from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity in therapeutic practices to effectively engage diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
