You will respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and web platforms, providing crucial product information, technical guidance, and pricing for our light commercial HVAC equipment and accessories. Throughout the day, you will prepare and follow up on quotes, bids, and submittals, collaborating with outside sales representatives, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and ultimate customer satisfaction. Managing project timelines and tracking order statuses will be a key focus, and you will maintain accurate records in our CRM and ERP systems. You'll also engage in supporting marketing and promotional campaigns while keeping abreast of product updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings, ensuring you provide top-notch service every step of the way.What We Need From You:High school diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience in HVAC sales, technical support, or inside salesProficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM/ERP systemsStrong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and applicationsAbility to read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications is advantageousCommitment to honesty and ethical behavior, with the ability to foster a positive team environmentExperience in the light commercial HVAC industry is a plus.
