Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Apprentice Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with industrial electrical systems, troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
• Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Bend conduit, pull wire, disconnects.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal operation of electrical systems.
• Collaborate with maintenance, production, and engineering teams to support manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards, electrical codes, and company policies.
• Mentor apprentices and less experienced electricians as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in industrial or manufacturing electrical work.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, controls, motors, PLCs, and related equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and blueprints.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving under pressure.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to OSHA and company policies. OSHA10 Required
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with conduit, pulling wire, disconnects, and trapeze installation.
• Ability to work flexible hours or overtime as needed.
