Job Description

Lead the planning, execution, and completion of light industrial construction projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders for successful project delivery.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Manage project budgets and optimize resource allocation.
Ensure all projects meet quality standards and client expectations.

A successful Project Manager should have:

Proven experience in managing construction projects within the light industrial sector.
Strong organizational and leadership skills to effectively oversee project teams.
Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Ability to identify and solve problems proactively and efficiently.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
