Job Description

Coordinate and manage all phases of commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to align project objectives and expectations.
Monitor project budgets, manage costs, and ensure financial targets are met.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all times.
Supervise and guide on-site teams to maintain productivity and resolve any issues that arise.
Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution.

A successful Project Manager - Commercial should have:

Proven track record of managing commercial construction projects effectively.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
