Hera is seeking an Onboarding Guide to be the first voice families hear after a doctor refers them. You will guide them from "what is Hera?" to their first Hero appointment, removing obstacles and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. You will operate as a closer, concierge, and care coordinator, with 1099 flexibility, 30–40 hrs/week during EST business hours.
