Responsibilities Identify performance metrics, consolidate data from Salesforce, Oracle, and Tableau into actionable dashboards Develop process workflows and perform process improvement Perform data cleansing and optimization Collaborate with multiple stakeholders Incorporate performance management best practices and develop KPIs/OKRs Perform data analytics Candidate Requirements U.S. Citizenship Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree Minimum Experience: 4 years of process improvement and data analytics experience at a global bank or federal agency Must be able to work on-site in Washington DC at least 50% of the time Must provide three supervisory references at the time of application Join the team at Barrow Wise Consulting, LLC, for a fulfilling and engaging experience!
