Overview Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking full-time Automotive Assistant Managers and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at our service and retail tire centers in the Kernersville, NC area. Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States with over 2,000 locations. Responsibilities Automotive Assistant Manager : Support the Store Manager to ensure the location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Enforce established policies, procedures and standards; schedule mechanics/technicians; manage outside orders; ensure quality and timely completion of jobs; meet customer expectations; and maintain team safety. Service Manager : Assist customers with tire selections and recommend under-car repair services. Direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians; stage vehicle repair/maintenance work; drive sales initiatives; communicate with customers; assess needs; provide information on repairs and maintenance; ensure customer satisfaction and strive to meet expectations.
