Job Description We are seeking detail-oriented Payment Operations Representatives to support a short-term project (September 15-December 31, 2026) within Deposit Operations. This temporary position will assist with a manual wire-processing workflow while a new system is being implemented to replace the current Payplus system. Job Description We are seeking detail-oriented Payment Operations Representatives to support a short-term project (September 15-December 31, 2026) within Deposit Operations. This temporary position will assist with a manual wire-processing workflow while a new system is being implemented to replace the current Payplus system. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is a fast learner, quick processor, and highly detail-oriented, with the ability to work accurately in a repetitive, data-entry-focused environment. Responsibilities Perform high-volume data entry and administrative tasks related to wire processing. Transfer and accurately enter information from Freshservice to the Federal Reserve (Fed). Verify information between systems and identify discrepancies or missing information. Conduct basic research to validate and reconcile information. Follow established procedures while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality. Assist with additional data-entry and office-related tasks as needed. Maintain productivity and accuracy while working through repetitive, manual processes. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to learn new procedures and systems quickly. Fast and accurate data-entry skills. Ability to process information efficiently while maintaining accuracy. Basic computer skills and comfort working with multiple systems. Ability to follow detailed instructions and established procedures. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Reliable and dependable attendance.
