Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver direct clinical services to a diverse client population experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, focusing on personalized care plans.

• Collaborate closely with team members to enhance overall service delivery and participate in case management meetings aimed at optimizing patient progress.

• Conduct thorough assessments using evidence-based practices, developing integrated care plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Implement preventative, treatment, and recovery services to ensure clients have access to needed resources and support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
