Automotive Service Manager – High Volume Shop $70K–$150K+ Location: Pomona, CA 91767 Pay: Base salary plus performance-based compensation Earning Potential: $70,000–$150,000+ annually About the Role The shop is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager or Senior Service Advisor in Pomona, CA, for a working leadership role in a fast-paced, production-focused repair shop. This position combines service leadership, workflow management, customer communication, and hands-on service-writing responsibilities. The ideal candidate will help lead daily operations, improve shop performance, support sales growth, and maintain strong communication between the front and back of the shop.
