The Market Service Manager will oversee all operation aspects of the service department to ensure our ability to keep Customers for Life. They will recruit and lead a team of Route Service Managers, Route Service Supervisors and Route Service Representatives who deliver to multiple customers per day - ranging from small family owned businesses to major corporate locations. The ideal candidate will drive customer satisfaction, account growth, and profitability for their location. What you’ll be doing: Oversee the recruiting, training, and development of a team of Route Service Representatives and Route Service Supervisors Build strong relationships with your customers and elevate your team’s level of achievement in customer satisfaction Collaborate closely with location management team to provide the best customer service and product programs Negotiate customer contract renewals Qualifications What we’re looking for: An individual who is business savvy and enjoys figuring out innovative ways to help increase profit and grow the customer satisfaction within their UniFirst Location A results-driven, relationship manager who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and help out the team and most importantly, the customer Someone who will enjoy working with your own team of Route Service Representatives and Route Service Managers that need your help and support as they develop in their own roles. Individuals who drive their personal vehicles for business purposes will be required to comply with minimum auto insurance requirements per UniFirst's standards. High School Diploma or GED – bachelor’s degree preferred.
