Senior IT Support Engineer

We are seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to provide white-glove IT support for C-suite executives, senior leadership, and executive assistants. This role requires exceptional customer service, executive presence, strong Apple/macOS expertise, conference room technology support, and enterprise Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will proactively resolve technical issues while ensuring minimal disruption to executive productivity. Required Skills 5+ years of IT/Desktop Support experience 2+ years supporting C-Level/VIP Executives Windows Desktop Support Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint) Apple MDM Conference Room & Boardroom AV Support Mobile Device Management (iOS & Android) VPN & Network Troubleshooting ServiceNow or similar ITSM tool Asset & Inventory Management Executive-level communication skills Preferred Skills Microsoft Exchange Administration PowerShell Scripting Windows Update for Business Responsibilities Deliver white-glove IT support to C-suite executives and executive assistants. Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure AD, and Active Directory. Manage executive conference rooms, Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco Webex, and AV technologies. Perform hardware/software installations, upgrades, and device deployments. Manage executive asset lifecycle, inventory, and refresh programs. Troubleshoot VPN, networking, printers, and remote access issues. Coordinate with L2/L3 support teams and vendors for issue resolution.
