Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide integrated, patient-centered care.

Train Patients and Caregivers: Guide patients and their families in therapy techniques to ensure continuous progress outside the clinical setting.

Track Progress and Document Outcomes: Monitor patient development and adapt treatment approaches to keep them on the path to recovery.

Earned degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university.

Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is a must.
