About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their dynamic team. The CFO will be a pivotal figure in the executive leadership, responsible for shaping growth strategy, driving financial performance, and supporting capital planning. This role demands a strategic and hands-on finance leader with a passion for building in real time and a proven track record in bringing structure, discipline, and scalability to a rapidly evolving business. The ideal candidate will have a background in the healthcare industry, particularly in complex reimbursement or risk-based environments, and exposure to the technology or financial services sector. Experience in high-growth, startup, or private equity-backed services companies is highly valued. Key responsibilities for the CFO include overseeing core finance functions such as FP&A, accounting, cash management, reporting, compliance, and financial operations. The successful candidate will also be a strategic advisor to the CEO, Board, and investors, and will be expected to have a strong understanding of medical reimbursement, HIPAA rules, and experience with fundraising, systems improvement, and team scaling. The role is suited to a forward-thinking individual who is energized by change, comfortable with ambiguity, and adept at turning complexity into a well-oiled machine. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with an MBA and/or CPA being preferred, and at least 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with a focus on healthcare and high-growth environments.
