Sustaining Engineering Program Manager

GE HealthCare

GE HealthCare seeks a Sustaining Engineering Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives supporting the performance, compliance, and lifecycle management of magnetic resonance products. The role coordinates engineering changes, supplier modifications, and compliance activities across multiple departments to maintain product quality and market availability.

Responsibilities

Lead sustaining engineering programs from initiation through completion and execution
Drive engineering change management activities involving multiple functional teams
Manage Supplier Change Request intake, assessment, prioritization, and implementation
Support compliance projects and regulatory requirements to ensure product availability
Develop program plans, milestones, metrics, and performance dashboards

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
5+ years of engineering, sustaining engineering, program management, or operations experience
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects in hardware-based product organizations
Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with critical thinking skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and navigate ambiguity effectively
Proven track record driving execution and delivering business outcomes
