Join us on our journey and make a meaningful impact on the lives of people around the globe.Position SummaryThe Intern will support the Scientific Affairs Department by contributing to ongoing projects, conducting research and analysis, and assisting with day-to-day operational activities. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience, professional development, and exposure to cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic organizational environment. The intern will work closely with team members and leadership to develop practical skills while delivering meaningful contributions to Scientific Affairs objectives.Responsibilities and Duties:Project SupportAssist in the execution of ongoing projects by gathering data, preparing materials, and tracking progressContribute to project deliverables, including presentations, reports, and documentationSupport cross-functional initiatives as neededResearch & AnalysisConduct literature reviews, market research, or data analysis relevant to team objectivesSummarize findings into clear, concise reports or presentationsIdentify key insights and trends to support decision-makingOperational SupportAssist with day-to-day administrative and operational tasksMaintain organized records, files, and documentationSupport scheduling, coordination, and internal communicationsData Management & ReportingCollect, clean, and analyze data using tools such as Excel or other platformsAssist in maintaining dashboards or tracking metrics (if applicable)Ensure data accuracy and integrityCollaboration & CommunicationParticipate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project discussionsCommunicate effectively with team members and stakeholdersPresent findings or updates when requiredLearning & DevelopmentActively engage in learning opportunities, training sessions, and mentorshipSeek feedback and demonstrate continuous improvementStay informed about industry trends and best practicesRequirementsUndergraduate/ Graduate full-time student with at least 2 years in school. Pursuing a degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences-related, Nursing, Pharmaceutical or similar fields.Comfortable working in an office environment and has strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Experience doing analysis in Excel, R, python or GraphPad highly valued.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.Ability to operate independently or in a team.Salary Range : $20/Hr- $25/ HrThe successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions.
