Senior Project Manager – Organizational Change Management (OCM)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Organizational Change Management (OCM) to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complex projects, driving stakeholder engagement, developing communication and training strategies, and ensuring successful adoption of new processes, systems, and organizational changes.
This role requires a strategic leader who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, mitigate risks, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and risk management strategies.
- Drive organizational change management activities to support process improvements, technology implementations, and business transformation initiatives.
- Create and execute stakeholder engagement plans, communication strategies, and change readiness assessments.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with business leaders and project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into actionable project deliverables.
- Develop training strategies, user adoption plans, and support materials to ensure successful implementation.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Support governance processes, status reporting, and executive-level communications.
- Create process documentation, workflows, and process maps using Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, quality standards, and organizational best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Organizational Development, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required.
- Minimum 5+ years of Project Management experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Minimum 5+ years of Organizational Change Management experience supporting enterprise transformation efforts.
- Proven experience developing communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and training programs.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams.
- Strong understanding of project governance, PMO processes, risk management, and change control.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prosci Change Management Certification or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP).
- ITIL certification preferred.
- Experience supporting digital transformation, system implementation, business process improvement, or enterprise modernization programs.
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies.
